Intentions 1

I have decided to set weekly intentions for myself, just little things that I want to do better at or add into my life. I feel I have been a bit scatter brained the past couple of weeks and so I feel like I need to draw my focus in a bit to a couple of small things each week that I want to commit better to. This week I want to:

  1. Get back into yoga.
  2. Set up a better sleep schedule/routine
  3. Read the bible every morning.

these are three things that I already do but having an intention on them is making the important this week. If hope you all set some intentions for yourself as this week starts especially things that are going to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.
